Catrike invests in a new manufacturing cell to clean, cut and bend frame parts. In a large investment for our size, we have acquired a semi automatic non ferrous saw, a centerless grinder and mostly important a semi-automatic numeric control mandrel tube bender. The new equipment combined will allow us to threefold our output, cut the cycle time in half and increase our tube bending accuracy to 0.1 degrees in both degree and plane of bend. The mandrel bender will also further enhance the well known high quality of our products.
